This month Property Claim Advocates offered a Master Adjusters Class for insurance professionals. The attendees represented a wide spectrum of insurance industry professional who all had one thing in common, a desire be better and know more. During this class Property Claim Advocates partners, Bernie Wililams and John Knight, welcomed three new Proberty Claim Advocates branch owners.
Property Claim Advocates (PCA), a multi-state public adjusting firm, recently held their first Master Trained Public Adjuster Course at their corporate office in Tacoma, WA. The course, which ran for a week, was a great success, attracting attendees from as far away as South Carolina, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, and Texas. During the 5-day course attendees learned the skills and knowledge needed to become expert public adjusters.
The Master Trained Public Adjuster Course was designed for both new and experienced public adjusters who wanted to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of property claims. The course covered a wide range of topics, including property damage assessment, policy interpretation, insurance bad-faith law, claim settlement negotiation techniques, and customer service.
Participants in PCA’s Master Trained Public Adjuster course had the opportunity to learn from some of the best public adjusters and attorneys in the industry. The course instructors shared their expertise and provided real-world examples of how to handle complex residential and business property claims. Special thanks to guest speakers Roger Howson of Claims Dispute Resolution and Isaac Ruiz of Ruiz and Smart, PLLC for their generous and invaluable contributions to class!
One of the highlights of PCA’s Master Trained Public Adjuster Course was the hands-on training that participants received. This hands-on training gave class participants the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge they learned in the classroom to real-life scenarios. PCA Master instructor John Knight stated that he believes acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to carry the coveted designation of Master Public Adjuster is of little value if students are not able to execute those skills and knowledge and apply them in the real world.
In addition to the success of the course, Property Claim Advocates also welcomed three new PCA branch owners to its team.
Jacques Laboureur – Licensed Public Adjuster
South Louisiana – Jac@pcaclaimhelp.com

Harmony Merrel – Licensed Public Adjuster
Spokane, WA & Idaho – harmony@pcaclaimhelp.com

Adam Cook – Licensed Public Adjuster

Jacques, Harmony, and Adam each bring a wealth of unique experience and expertise to the company, and they are sure to play a key role in PCA’s continued success. If you have had an insurance loss in Louisiana, Spokane WA, Idaho, or Texas, reach out to Jacques, Harmony, or Adam. They would be happy to discuss your claim with you and give you coverage/claim advice.
A special congratulations to Macy and Eli for passing PCA’s Master Public Adjuster Training Course!

Macy is on track to graduate from Boise State University this May and plans on opening a PCA office after graduation. Eli is currently going through the Public Adjuster licensing process and plans on opening a PCA office in the Georgia/South Carolina area. Macy and Eli will both be excellent additions to the PCA team.
Overall, the success of PCA’s Master Trained Public Adjuster Course and the addition of three new branch owners are a testament to the ongoing commitment of Property Claim Advocates to providing the highest level of service to its clients. With a focus on continuing education, innovation, talent acquisition, and excellence, the company is well-positioned to continue to be a leader in the public adjusting industry for years to come.
